Protistha Agro Industries Limited is a Private Limited Company incorporated on 15th December, 2015. Its Registered office at Room No. 315, Baitus Sharaf Complex, (3rd Floor), 149/1 Airport Road, Monipuri Para, Farmgate Dhaka-1215 and Corporate Office addres Flate No 2B, House No 56, Lane-2, West Podordia, Saterkul, Uttar Badda, Dhaka-1212. Protistha Agro Industries Ltd is an agricultural basic inputs marketing company. Main business is to import Micro nutrient fertilizers, Pesticides, Plant Growth regulators and seeds from different countries and repacking in our own brand and sales all over the country through distributors and retailers. The Chairman and Managing Directors of Protistha deeply realized that most of the farmers are cheated by adulterating and low quality of products in the market. If we can give the quality products to farmers in reasonable price then farmers will be more benefited and national production will increase. As result national food security will be insured. To avoid the pesticides toxicity and environment hazard, we have emphasis on Bio-pesticides and environment friendly new molecules pesticides.

Mrs Sabera Sultana, Chairman of the Board of Director of Protistha Agro Industries Ltd. She has got M Sc. degree in Botany from BL Collage Khulna, under the national University. She was the Managing Director of Protistha Agro Industries since 2015. After charging over his Managing Directorship to his husband S M Mozammail Hossain, She has taken the charge of Chairmanship. During his responsibility as Managing Director she has gathered lot of experienced in this line of business being involved in the business since 2015

Mr. S M Mozammail Hossain, Managing Director of Protistha Agro-Industries Ltd. He has got B. Com (Hons), M Com in Accounting from Dhaka University in 1997 and he got Agri-business MBA from America International University, Bangladesh (AIUB) in 2007. He has joined more than 50 training from different work shop. He has started his career in 1997 from Duncan’s Group. He joined in Petrochem (Bangladesh) Ltd in 2000 which is one of the renowned Agri-business (Pesticides, Fertilizers, Seeds and Aqua) marketing company in Bangladesh. He served there as GM (Finance & Admin) & CFO for 24 years and from there he has gathered a vast of experience in top Management level in Administration, Accounts, Finance, banking, commercial, Supply Chain management (Backward and Forward), and marketing during this period. He also has vast experience of dealing with world renowned multi-national companies in the same agriculture arena. He has visited China, Honkong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Nepal, Bhutan, Srinlanka, Maldip and UAE for business purposes. Mr. Hossain has joined with his own concern Protistha Agro Industries Ltd from 1st January, 2024 and taken the charge of Managing Director from his wife Mrs Sabera Sultana. He has a successful career work in key positions of reputed national Company of same agricultural sector; therefore he is fully capable to lead the company with efficiently and effectively. He is the member of different national and international social and humanity organization.
